CORRE provided construction oversight on this 81-working-day contract to replace two structures on STH 95 in Jackson County, WI.
The first project replaced the existing two-span steel girder bridge with a 125-foot one-span prestressed girder bridge. Project work included 800 CY of heavy riprap, 2,000 CY of excavation common, 2,400 tons of 1.25-inch base aggregate, 2,516 SY of 8-inch concrete pavement, concrete approach slabs, and 1,500 feet of beam guard.
The second project replaced the existing one-span steel girder bridge with a 46-foot one-span 26-inch concrete slab. Project work included 350 CY of heavy riprap, 1,800 tons of 1.25-inch base aggregate, 1,700 SY of 8-inch concrete pavement, concrete approach slabs, and 500 feet of beam guard.
