Ms. Rudolph is a Senior Right of Way Agent with over 20 years of experience providing acquisition, relocation, property management, and project management services. She is well-versed in WisDOT policies; federal and state regulations; and providing real estate services for WisDOT, LPA, local, and utility projects throughout Wisconsin.

Kathy joined CORRE in January of 2017 and will be taking over for Cindy White, SR/WA, CGA who elected to retire from her position as Real Estate Director to focus on appraisal work. “Cindy did an outstanding job growing our real estate group and it would not be where it is today without her leadership,” said Gagner. Cindy will remain on staff full-time with CORRE and continue to provide appraisal services to our clients.
