Mr. Owens joins our Madison office bringing over 30 years of transportation and structural engineering experience on various fast-paced and high-profile urban, interstate roadway, and bridge projects. Prior to joining CORRE, Owens served as Project Engineer on the $65.5M complete reconstruction of the I-39/90 corridor. This 5.8-mile project included eight new bridges and four MSE retaining walls. In addition, Tadd has served as a Management Consultant Project Manager on construction projects for both the SW and NC Region Local Programs.

Owens is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from UW – Platteville. He is also an FHWA Certified Bridge Inspector.
