CORRE provided construction oversight and inspection services for this 6.9-mile highway rehabilitation project which won NAPA’s 2019 Quality in Construction Award. Work included asphalt surface milling, HMA paving, concrete curb and gutter, centerline rumble strips, signing, and pavement marking. This project utilized percent within limits (PWL) for the HMA paving.
