CTH B is a major collector that connects Presque Isle to USH 45 in Land O’Lakes. Vilas County funded this 20-mile resurfacing project locally. Work included culvert replacements, beam guard replacement, pulverizing and overlaying the asphalt in rural areas and milling and overlaying the pavement within the urban area of Land O’Lakes.
While Vilas County provided permitting and other project details, CORRE assisted by preparing plans and bid documents, completing survey necessary to detail two large culvert replacements, and met with WDNR to discuss project specifics.
