We are excited to announce that we are expanding our structural group! Please welcome Sarah Erickson, PE and Eric Renfert, PE to our team!

Sarah Erickson is a Professional Engineer licensed in multiple states and excels in both structural engineering and project management. Her 10 years of experience include mentoring and managing younger staff, developing detailed structural calculations, managing large and complex projects, business development, overseeing process development efforts, and change management. Sarah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and also holds an MBA from UW–Oshkosh.
Eric Renfert is also a Professional Engineer and received his undergraduate degree from UW–Madison and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural Emphasis) from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Eric’s six years of experience include the preparation of complex structural calculations, mentoring younger staff, client coordination, project management, research and development, and involvement in multiple technical task groups.
